As the 2026 New Year's Day approaches, Changsha is rolling out 80 vibrant cultural and tourism activities covering a wide range of categories—including intangible cultural heritage (ICH) experiences, museum exhibitions, performances, ice and snow fun, and hot spring relaxation. Citizens and tourists will ring in the new year in an authentic Changsha style.

2026年元旦临近，长沙推出80项丰富文旅活动，涵盖非遗体验、文博展览、演艺演出、冰雪娱乐、温泉休闲等多个类别，市民游客将以地道的长沙方式开启新年。

Many teahouses in the city are offering performances such as operas and Huagu Opera. The Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, along with its branches and inheritance bases, is hosting over 20 ICH experience activities such as weaving and tie-dyeing, as well as markets and exhibitions. Museums and cultural venues are launching special exhibitions like seal carving shows, while theaters and performance spaces are staging exciting shows including concerts, cross-talks, and immersive plays.

市内多家茶馆推出戏曲、花鼓戏等表演，市非遗馆及各相关场所开展编织、染缬等20余场体验活动与市集、展演；文博场馆推出篆刻展等特色展览，各类剧场与演艺空间上演音乐会、相声、沉浸式剧目等精彩演出。

Ice, snow, and hot springs will be the highlights of the New Year's Day cultural and tourism scene. Several scenic spots will roll out fun-filled activities such as snow play in "snow kingdoms" and snow-spraying interactions, along with ocean-themed ice and snow events. The Zilongwan Hot Spring in Huitang, Ningxiang, is presenting a themed experience titled "Phantom Light & Hot Spring Adventure." All these allow people to feel Changsha's joy and charm amid the city's vibrant bustle and fantastic events.

冰雪与温泉将成为元旦文旅亮点，多家景区打造雪国戏雪、喷雪互动等趣味项目和海洋冰雪主题活动；宁乡灰汤紫龙湾温泉推出“光影幻境+温泉奇旅”主题体验，让人们在市井烟火与精彩活动中感受长沙的快乐与韵味。
