心电远诊+浏阳烟花，长沙双成果亮相全球妇女峰会配套活动

On the morning of October 14, the “Exhibition of China's Achievements in Digital and Smart Empowerment for Women and Girls” — a side event of the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women — opened in Beijing. Changsha showcased two innovative initiatives: the Changsha Municipal Remote ECG Diagnosis Center and the Liuyang Fireworks Digitalization Project. These two cases demonstrate the application potential of digital-smart technologies from the perspectives of health and well-being, as well as intangible cultural heritage (ICH) inheritance.

10月14日上午，全球妇女峰会的配套活动“数智赋能妇女和女童成果展”在北京开幕。长沙带来两项创新实践——长沙市心电远程诊断中心与浏阳烟花数字化项目，分别从生命健康与非遗传承两个方面，展示了数智技术的应用潜力。

Cardiovascular disease is known as the “top health killer” among Chinese residents. In 2019, the Changsha Municipal Remote ECG Diagnosis Center was set up, bringing together an all-female team of 10 specialist physicians. The center has built a citywide smart ECG platform, which provides 24/7 services, and launched a “10-Minute Life Express Lane”— effectively bolstering the city's cardiac health safety net.

心血管疾病被称为我国居民健康的“头号杀手”。2019年，长沙市心电远程诊断中心建成，构建了由10名专业医师组成的全女性团队。目前，中心已搭建覆盖全市的智慧心电平台，提供7×24小时服务，开通“10分钟生命快车道”，构筑城市心脏健康“守护网”。

Liuyang Fireworks made its debut at the exhibition with an innovative “digital-smart+ICH” model, demonstrating how technology is reviving traditional craftsmanship.

浏阳烟花则以“数智+非遗”的创新模式亮相此次展会，展现传统工艺在科技赋能下的焕新之路。
