一次“跌倒”带来灵感！他的智能登山杖让创业、学业双向赋能

Liu Baonan, a master's student at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Hunan Normal University, once experienced falls and getting lost during mountain climbing. He also witnessed a fellow climber narrowly escaping danger due to being distracted by operating equipment. These outdoor pain points inspired him to develop intelligent mountaineering gear. With the incubation support from the Innovation and Entrepreneurship School of Changsha University and specialized guidance from mentors, he officially embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, focusing on the research and development (R&D) of intelligent hiking poles.

湖南师范大学机械工程学院硕士研究生刘保男，早年登山时曾亲历跌倒、迷路困境，也目睹“山友”因分心操作设备险些遇险，这些户外痛点让他萌生研发智能登山装备的想法，在长沙学院创新创业学院的孵化支持与导师专项指导下，他正式开启创业之路，聚焦智能登山杖研发。

The team' s first-generation product only integrated basic functions such as Bluetooth audio and self-timer. As it failed to address the core needs of outdoor activities, the productreceived a lukewarm response after being put on the market. Later, Liu led the team to conduct in-depth market research and fully iterate on the product. Eventually, they developed a multi-dimensional safety-assured intelligent hiking pole that integrates dual positioning, one-click call, and UAV emergency rescue system. Thanks to this innovative design, the product won the gold award at the 2025 "Golden Seed Cup" College Student Entrepreneurship Competition, and the enterprise founded by his team has also been consecutively recognized as a national-level "High-Tech Enterprise".

团队推出的第一代产品，仅集成蓝牙音效、自拍等基础功能，因未能切中户外核心需求，投放市场后反响冷淡。随后，刘保男带领团队重新开展深度市场调研，对产品进行全面迭代，最终研发出融合北斗/GPS双定位、一键呼叫、无人机应急救援功能的多维度安全保障型智能登山杖。凭借这一创新设计，产品在2025年“金种子杯”大学生创业大赛中斩获金奖，其团队创办的企业也连续获评国家级“高新技术企业”。

After the enterprise entered a stable development phase, Liu chose to return to campus to pursue a master’s degree. He targeted the core pain point of intelligent hiking poles—"being relatively heavy"—and focused his research on lightweight materials. He plans to reduce the product weight by 30% through technological breakthroughs while adding a health monitoring module. On this basis, he also intends to further expand the category of smart tourism equipment to promote the diversified development of his business.

在企业步入发展正轨后，刘保男选择重返校园攻读硕士学位。他锚定智能登山杖“偏重”的核心痛点，将研究方向聚焦于轻量化材料领域，计划通过技术突破实现产品减重30%，同时新增健康监测功能模块；在此基础上，他还规划进一步拓展智慧旅游装备品类，推动业务向多元化延伸。

Although his entrepreneurial endeavors have gradually gained momentum, support for Liu Baonan from all parties continues. Changsha University has invited him back to share his entrepreneurial experience, helping expand the enterprise' s talent recruitment channels; Kaifu District in Changsha has actively connected the company with more cultural and tourism resources to promote in-depth integration of industry, academia, and research, forming a positive cycle where "academic studies boost career development, and career achievements feed back into academic progress".

虽说创业羽翼渐丰，但各方对刘保男的支持仍在延续。长沙学院邀请他回校分享创业经验，扩大企业揽才渠道；开福区也积极为公司对接更多文旅资源，推动产学研深度融合，形成“学业助力事业、事业反哺学业”的良性循环。
