乔力去年7月从中南大学本科毕业，8月，他便在长沙正式注册成立了公司，把来自湖南的假发、五金产品、农业机械等出口到西非各国。
RICO graduated from Central South University in July last year. In August, he officially registered hiscompany in Changsha, exporting wigs, hardware, agricultural machineryfrom Hunan tothe West African countries.
按惯例，外籍留学生需硕士毕业2年后才能发放工作签证，乔力本科毕业即创业，这是怎么做到的？
According to the commonpractice, international students need to graduate with a master's degree and wait for two years before they can get a work visa. How did RICO manage to start a business after graduating from undergraduate?
“因为我拿到了2024年首张‘创业签’。”原来，为了留住像乔力这样的优秀外籍创业人才，将“人力资源”转换成“经贸资源”，湖南自贸区长沙片区为有意向、有资源的优秀应届毕业生发放创业签证，并给予创业指导和帮扶。
"Because I got the first 'entrepreneurship visa' of 2024." "I don’t have to go back to Africa for all the formalities because all can be finished in Changsha. This makes it very convenient for ourforeigners to start a business here." RICO said that his company currently had about $300,000 worth of intended orders under negotiation.
拿到湖南首张创业签证的萨卡，则已经赚到了“第一桶金”：他于去年创办的长沙巴达马贸易有限公司生意十分兴隆，已取得累计进出口额40万美元的好成绩。
ZAKI, who received Hunan’s first entrepreneurship visa, has already earned his "first pot of gold": Changsha BADMAAX trade Co., Ltd. he founded last year is doing booming business and has achieved a cumulative import and export volume of $400,000.

Stepping into ZAKI's studio at the International Youth Entrepreneurship Port, clothing, bags, and agricultural machinery models are neatly displayed in the showcases. “长沙有享誉世界的浏阳烟花，有三一、中联等厉害的工程机械企业。”威尔松说，2023年，他的公司正式入驻国际青年创业港，众多优质的长沙工程机械、烟花、游乐设备等产品源源不断地出口到拉美市场。“今年仅工程机械出口一项，预计就有800万元。”
"Changsha is famous for its Liuyang fireworks around the world. There are also powerful construction machinery enterprises like Sany and Zoomlion." Wilson said that in 2023, his company officially settled in the International Youth Entrepreneurship Port. A large number of high-quality Changsha products such as the construction machinery, fireworks, and amusement equipment are continuously exported to the Latin American.
