The art festival brings together over 100 works from artists of 12 countries, including China, Tunisia, Italy, and Russia. The event is divided into six thematic sectors: "Hello, Panda," "When National Treasures Meet National Treasures," "Bamboo House," "Panda Garden," "Finding Pandas," and "Coloring Pandas" .

The "Hello, Panda" core exhibition area showcases avant-garde creations by 10 artists, presenting the unique charm of pandas through diverse artistic forms such as ink painting, oil painting, sculpture, and embroidery. Two of the four famous Chinese embroideries, the Xiang embroidery in Hunan and the Shu embroidery in Sichuan, are on show in Changsha, vividly portraying panda figures like "Hua Hua" and "Meng Lan."

The light and shadow installation "Finding Pandas" created by the Italian artist duo Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla features a fantastical world of colors based on animals and plants from around the globe. Using the RGB color principle, the work invites audiences to search for and discover images of pandas hidden within.

The exhibition area "When National Treasures Meet National Treasures" displays 100 outstanding children's paintings. These works were collected through a solicitation campaign jointly launched by the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, the Beijing Palace Museum Cultural Service Center, and People's Creativity.
