非洲鱼漂洋过海“游”进长沙

第四届中国—非洲经贸博览会将于6月12-15日在湖南长沙举办。在此背景下，湖南首次进口非洲观赏鱼，800余尾来自坦桑尼亚的非洲慈鲷鱼从埃塞俄比亚空运至长沙黄花机场。在海关“7×24小时预约通关”机制保障下完成通关，经14天隔离检疫后将进入国内水族市场。

The 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Changsha, Hunan from June 12 to 15. Against this backdrop, Hunan has imported African ornamental fish for the first time. More than 800 African cichlids from Tanzania were airlifted from Ethiopia to Changsha Huanghua International Airport. Under the guarantee of the customs' "7×24-hour appointment-based customs clearance" mechanism, they completed the customs clearance procedures. After a 14-day quarantine, they will enter the domestic aquarium market.

非洲慈鲷鱼体色绚丽、繁殖习性独特且易于饲养，在国内水族市场很受欢迎。进口商玺悦国际已与湖南、广东等地多家水族馆合作，还打算开展线上销售。

African cichlids are very popular in the domestic aquarium market due to their gorgeous body colors, unique breeding habits, and ease of feeding. The importer, Xiyue International, has already cooperated with many aquariums in Hunan and Guangdong, and also plans to carry out online sales.

玺悦国际2023 年首创 “非洲直采鲜花” 模式，旗下“玺悦鲜花”将肯尼亚玫瑰冷链运到长沙；2024年在长沙五一商圈开设体验店，还创下中国鲜切花转口贸易新纪录；2025年布局牛油果、咖啡等农产品，构建供应链，与肯尼亚7家农场合作，月均销售鲜花10万枝，覆盖国内14座城市。

In 2023, Xiyue International pioneered the "Direct Procurement of Flowers from Africa" model. Its brand "Xiyue Flowers" transported Kenyan roses to Changsha via cold chain. In 2024, it opened an experience store in the Wuyi Business District of Changsha and also set a new record for the re-export trade of fresh-cut flowers in China. In 2025, it has laid out plans for agricultural products such as avocados and coffee, built a supply chain, and cooperated with 7 farms in Kenya. On average, it sells 100,000 roses per month, covering 14 cities in China.

在湖南自贸试验区政策支持下，长沙海关为鲜花开辟“绿色通道”，30分钟内即可完成清关，这一高效模式也应用到观赏鱼贸易。

Supported by the policies of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Changsha Customs has opened a "green channel" for fresh flowers, and the customs clearance can be completed within 30 minutes. This efficient model has also been applied to the trade of ornamental fish.
