“可以喝的除臭剂”成为拳头产品

面对垃圾中转站、污水处理厂、皮革厂、造纸厂等各类场景，如何环保又高效地除臭？

How to achieve eco-friendly and efficient deodorization for waste transfer stations, sewage treatment plants, tanneries, paper mills, and similar facilities?

长沙环境保护职业技术学院2016届毕业生肖化胜的答案是：“泡”在实验室，“研”在走访中，“创”出拳头产品。

Xiao Huasheng, a 2016 graduate of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical College, has proposed his answer through three aspects: being immersed in laboratory research, doing research through field investigations, and inventing flagship products.

目前，他创立的湖南瑞智信环保科技有限公司以微生物复合菌剂为核心，集研发、生产和销售于一体。8年时间里，公司从最初的3个人发展到现在的60余人，年产值超千万，成功在环保行业闯出了一条绿色之路。

Currently, the Hunan Ruizhixin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.he founded, operates as an integrated enterprise focusing on microbial composite bacterial agents, combining R&D, production, and sales. In the past eight years, the company has expanded from three people at the beginning to over 60 people now, with an annual output value exceeding ten million yuan, and has successfully blazed a green path in the environmental protection industry.

专注实验 变废为宝

Focusing on Experiments, Transforming Waste into Treasure

“我们的产品并不是用香味来掩盖臭味，而是去分解或稀释臭气因子，并且完全无毒无害，号称‘可以喝的除臭剂’。”肖化胜拿起一瓶复合生物酶除臭剂，喷洒后，空气中弥漫着淡淡柠檬香，“利用‘环境微生物菌剂’这项核心技术，我们研发出了菌群菌种达到90%、除臭率达到80%的除臭剂，并获得国家专利证书。”

"Our products don't mask odors with fragrances, they break down or dilute odor-causing compounds instead. It’s totally non-toxic and harmless. We call it a 'drinkable deodorant,'" said Xiao Huasheng, who picked up and sprayed a bottle of compound bio-enzyme deodorant that released a gentle lemon scent. "Using our core technology of environmental microbial agents, we developed a deodorant containing 90% microbial strains with 80% odor removal efficiency, which has earned national patent certification."

这项“黑科技”产品的诞生，离不开他和团队在实验室日复一日的实验。

The birth of this "cutting-edge technology" stems from dayin day out experiments conducted by Xiao Huasheng and his team in the laboratory.

2012年，因为上课积极、又肯吃苦，肖化胜获得专业课教师杨利平教授的青睐，加入到杨教授的微生物除臭菌剂科研团队中。

In 2012, Xiao Huasheng caught the attention of Professor Yang Liping for his diligence and enthusiasm in class, earning a spot on Yang’s research team focused on microbial deodorizing agents.

“团队研发的微生物除臭菌剂，主要用于垃圾填埋场、养殖场等特殊环境的恶臭消除。研发过程中最重要的一项任务就是找到能有效分解腐败源的微生物。”肖化胜表示，这需要直接从垃圾填埋场、养殖场等地的渗滤液中提取菌群培养。“渗滤液气味浓烈刺鼻，我们经常被‘熏晕’，但后面也慢慢习惯了。”

"The microbial deodorizers we developed target odor elimination in extreme environments like landfills and livestock farms. The key challenge was findingmicrobes capable of effectively decomposing organic waste," Xiao Huasheng said, this required extracting microbial cultures directly from leachate at landfill sites and livestock farms. "The smell of leachate was so pungent that we often got dizzy, but we eventually got used to it."

大学期间，除了上课、睡觉，在课余时间，肖化胜全身心地投入实验室。培养菌群、观察实验反应、撰写实验报告……一次次失败，又一次次推倒重来。渐渐的，他对菌群的习性越来越了解，对温度、湿度、培养液等各种影响要素也逐渐能实现精准把控。

During college, Xiao Huasheng devoted nearly all his sparetime to the lab. Culturing microbial colonies, observing experimental reactions, and compiling lab reports… He endured repeated failures and restarted experiments for countless times. Gradually, he mastered microbial behaviors and could controlling variables like temperature, humidity, and nutrient solutions precisely.

几年时间过去，通过不断努力，肖化胜和团队终于完成了前期微生物菌剂的筛选，并开发出一系列具有环保功能的生物菌剂。

Several years have passed. Through continuous efforts,Xiao Huashengand histeam successfully screened microbial strains and developed a series of environmentally functional bio-agents.

“由于选用的都是来自环境的酵母、乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等常见的益生菌，所以不会对环境造成二次污染危害，非常绿色环保。”该研发成果不仅荣获2016年一个创业规划大赛的第一名，还被权威机构评为“湖南省八大‘黑科技’之一”。

"By using common probiotics like yeast, lactobacillus, and bacillus subtilis from natural environments, our products won’t cause secondary pollution to the environment, they’re truly eco-friendly," Xiao Huasheng noted. This innovation not only won the first prize in an entrepreneurship planning competition in 2016, but was also recognized as one of Hunan Province's Eight Major "Cutting-edge Technologies."

也就是那年，创业的种子在肖化胜的心底萌芽。

It was that same year that the seed of entrepreneurship took root in Xiao Huasheng's mind.

提升品质 解决多场景除臭需求

Enhancing Quality to Tackle Multi-Scenario Deodorization Requirements

“我出身农村，家里条件也一般，家里人都希望我毕业后找一个安稳的工作，但是我打心眼里觉得这是个好产品，所以就想抓住这个创业机会。”肖化胜表示，自己的性格很倔，决定了的事情就不会放弃，一条路走到黑。“学校和老师同学们的支持也更坚定了我的信心。”

"I was born ina modest rural family, my parents hoped Icould have a stable job after graduation. But deep down, I believed in this product and I want to seize the entrepreneurial opportunity," Xiao Huasheng shared. Since he is a stubborn person, once he decides, he will pursue his path unwaveringly. "Support from my teachers and peers alsostrengthened my confidence. "

一方面，肖化胜的母校在创业初期提供了免费场地和技术支持；另一方面，由于在各种创新创业大赛中崭露头角，赢得的奖金成为了创业初始资金。在望城区购买厂房时，当地政府在费用和行政审批等方面提供了不少便利，“真的特别感谢长沙为我们这些创业者提供了很多利好政策，让我少走了很多弯路。”肖化胜说。

On the one hand, Xiao Huasheng’s alma mater provided him with free venues and technical support during the startup phase. On the other hand, thanks to his outstanding performance in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, the bonuses he won became his initial funds for the business.When purchasing a factory in Wangcheng District, he was given by the local government many conveniences in terms of costs and administrative approvals. "I'm really grateful to Changsha for providing us entrepreneurs with a lot of favorable policies, which have saved me many detours," Xiao Huasheng said.

2016年成立公司后，肖化胜并没有马上开展销售业务，而是在近两年的时间里，和团队成员一起去全国各地进行现场调研，持续精进产品。到2018年，才将产品铺上市场。

After founding his company in 2016, instead of starting sales, Xiao Huasheng spent nearly two years to refine products through nationwide field research. By 2018, the products hit the marketfinally.

目前，该公司有一个环境生物技术研发中心和一个500多平方米的标准化生产厂房，针对不同场所散发的恶臭研发不同的除臭产品，有效应对多场景需求。目前，该公司产品遍布湖南、湖北、山西等十多个省份。

Currently, the company has an environmental biotechnology research and development center and a standardized production plant covering an area of more than 500 square meters. It develops different deodorization products targeting the malodors emitted from different places to effectively meet the needs of multiple scenarios. The company's products are distributed in various provinces across the country. Xiao Huasheng said that he will continue to adhere to the business philosophy centered on products, continuously improve product quality by combining industry, academia and research, and be a good "ecological guardian" for protecting beautiful environment.

“创业中，我感受最深的就是‘质量才是硬道理’，产品够好，才能脱颖而出，光靠讲故事、造概念是行不通的。”肖化胜表示，他将继续坚持以产品为中心的经营理念，用产学研相结合的方式不断提升产品品质，做好守护绿水青山的“生态卫士”。

"During my entrepreneurship, what touched me most is that quality speaks loudest. Only superior products can be outstanding, there is no way to rely on telling stories or making up concepts," Xiao Huasheng said. In the future, Xiao Huasheng will keep focus on the products, he aims to elevate products by integrating research, education, and production, and strives to become an eco-guard of green mountains and clear waters.
