孙爽，中国（湖南）第18批援津医疗队队员、湖南中医药大学第一附属医院中医主治医师。她曾三次走进非洲：2020年5月，她成为中国（湖南）赴津巴布韦、赤道几内亚抗疫医疗专家组成员；2020年9月，孙爽成为中国（湖南）第18批援津巴布韦医疗队队员；2023年12月，讲述中国援外医疗队故事的电视剧《欢迎来到麦乐村》上映，孙爽担任该片首席医疗顾问，也是故事原型人物之一。
Sun Shuang, a member of the 18th batch of medical teams from China (Hunan) to aid Zimbabwe, is an attending physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. She has visited Africa three times. In May 2020, she became a member of the anti-epidemic medical expert group from China (Hunan) to Zimbabwe and Equatorial Guinea. In September 2020, Sun Shuang became a member of the 18th batch of medical teams from China (Hunan) to aid Zimbabwe. In December 2023, the TV drama "Welcome to Milele", which tells the story of China's foreign aid medical team, was released. Sun Shuang served as the chief medical consultant of the film and was also one of the prototype characters of the story.
近日，位于津巴布韦首都哈拉雷的中国－津巴布韦中医药中心迎来了一批特殊的访客，他们正是津巴布韦卫生部传统医药司的司长及其随行团队。他们对中医药中心里刚刚落成的中医急救小屋和中医陈列室点了一个大大的赞：“中医急救小屋的理念与技术非常先进，不仅可以帮助津巴布韦民众有效应对紧急情况，同时还能向津巴民众普及急救理念、培训急救技能，以维护更多津巴民众的生命健康。”
Recently, the China-Zimbabwe Traditional Chinese Medicine Center located in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, welcomed a special group of visitors, who were the director of the Traditional Medicine Department of Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Health and his accompanying team. They gave a big thumbs-up to the newly completed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) emergency room and exhibition roomin the TCM Center: "The concepts and techniques of the TCM emergency room are very advanced. It can not only help the people in Zimbabwe effectively respond to emergencies, but also popularize first aid concepts among the Zimbabwean people and train them in first aid skills, so as to safeguard the lives and health of more Zimbabwean people."
中医药中心依托中国（湖南）援津医疗队和帕瑞仁雅塔瓦医院，全面开展中津传统医药合作，是津巴布韦第一家中医诊所，也是南部非洲最大的中医中心。它的成立，离不开孙爽的不懈努力。
The Traditional Chinese Medicine Center relies on the China (Hunan) medical team to aid Zimbabwe and Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitalsto comprehensively carry out cooperation in traditional medicine between China and Zimbabwe. The center is the first traditional Chinese medicine clinic in Zimbabwe and the largest traditional Chinese medicine center in southern Africa. Its establishment is inseparable from Sun Shuang's unremitting efforts.

In 2020, Sun Shuang arrived in Zimbabwe as a member of the 18th batch of medical aid teams from China (Hunan) and worked with local doctors at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals.
由于中医简、便、效、廉的优势，当地居民对中医认可度很高，每日前来就诊的患者很多，但每当要进行治疗时，孙爽便发了愁。
Thanks to the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), such as its simplicity, convenience, effectiveness and affordability, local residents hada high level of recognition for TCM, and there weremany patients coming for treatment every day. However, whenever it came to carrying out treatments, Sun Shuang became worried.
因为中成药在当地尚未完成注册流程，药物匮乏，孙爽便以针灸、推拿、拔罐等中医外治疗法为突破口开展治疗。
Because traditional Chinese patent medicines have not yet completed the registration process in the local area and there is a shortage of medicines, Sun Shuang used acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, cupping and other external Chinese medicine therapies as breakthroughs to carry out treatment.
由于空间限制，帕院并未设立专门的中医诊疗室。因此，每当需要为患者治疗时，常常只能在医疗队驻地的诊室施针，孙爽甚至习惯于随身携带针具。
Due to space limitations, the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals did not set up a specialized TCM treatment room. Therefore, whenever patients needed treatment, acupuncture often had to be performed in the consulting rooms at the medical team's station. Sun Shuang was even used to carrying acupuncture instruments with her all the time.
曾经，孙爽在外出途中偶遇一位遭遇车祸的当地居民。在迅速评估了伤者状况后，她用随身携带的针灸工具在路边为这位伤者实施了针灸治疗，大大缓解了患者的症状。患者康复出院后，还为此专门写了感谢信。
Once, Sun Shuang encountered a local resident who was involved in a car accident while on his way out. After quickly assessing his condition, she used the acupuncture and moxibustion tools she carried to perform acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for the injured person on the roadside, which greatly alleviated his symptoms. After the patient recovered and was discharged, he specifically wrote a thank-you letter to Sun Shuang.

实际上，在孙爽前往非洲之前，中国－津巴布韦中医药中心的主体建筑工作已完成，但还缺乏必要的医疗设备，如病房设施、诊疗仪器等，以及医院感染控制分区不合理，如清洁区、污染区划分不明确等问题尚未解决，该中心未能正式启用。
In fact, before Sun Shuang went to Africa, the main building of the China-Zimbabwe Traditional Chinese Medicine Center had been completed. However, it still lacked necessary medical equipment, such as ward facilities and diagnostic and treatment instruments, and issues such as unreasonable hospital infection control zoning, such as unclear division of clean areas and contaminated areas, had not been resolved, and the center was not officially put into use.

孙爽勇挑重担，自己测量、绘制改造图纸，按照当地医疗建筑标准对超过一百平方米的空置小平房进行改造。
Sun Shuang bravely took on the heavy responsibility of measuring and drawing renovation drawings, and renovated the vacant small bungalow exceeding 100 square meters according to local medical building standards.
历时3个月，中国－津巴布韦中医药中心正式注册成立。目前已发展成南部非洲规模最大的中医针灸中心。
After three months, the China-Zimbabwe Traditional Chinese Medicine Center was officially registered and established. At present, it has developed into the largest TCM acupuncture and moxibustion center in southern Africa.
对于亲手打造这一中医药中心的孙爽医生而言，心中充满了成就感。“尽管在工作中会遇到诸多挑战，但当看到成果逐渐显现时，那份满足感是无与伦比的。”
For Dr. Sun Shuang, who built this Traditional Chinese Medicine center with her own hands, her heart is filled with a sense of accomplishment. "Although there will be numerous challenges in the work, when seeing the results gradually taking shape, that sense of satisfaction is unparalleled."
自2020年开诊以来，凭借其独特疗效和传统文化魅力，中医药中心在津巴布韦备受赞誉，当地患者纷纷前来就诊，对中医的治疗效果非常满意。仅2023年3月至2024年10月就累计接诊患者11175人次，目前预约已经排到今年12月底。
Since its opening in 2020, the center has been highly praised in Zimbabwe for its unique therapeutic effects and traditional cultural charm. Local patients have come to see a doctor one after another and are very satisfied with the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine. From March 2023 to October 2024 alone, a total of 11,175 patients have been treated there, and appointments have been scheduled up to the end of December this year.

Africans Talk on TCM
孙爽有一位非洲中医学徒——卡伦。卡伦曾在江西中医药大学留学，学成归国后，她找到孙爽希望能继续学习中医知识。
Sun Shuang has an African TCM apprentice named Karen. Karen once studied abroad at Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine in China. After returning home, she came to Sun Shuang hoping to continue studying traditional Chinese medicine.
“在津巴布韦中医药中心成立之前，我曾面临回国后的就业难题，因为家乡缺乏支持中医工作的机构，这一度让我很担心，然而，随着中医药中心的建立，我有幸成为孙爽医生的弟子，我不仅可以继续学习，还有了工作的机会。”卡伦说。
"Before the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center was established in Zimbabwe, I had faced difficulties in finding a job after returning to my home country, because there were few institutions in my hometown that supported the work of traditional Chinese medicine. This had worried me a lot for a while. However, with the establishment of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center, I was lucky enough to become Dr. Sun Shuang's apprentice. Not only could I continue my studies, but I also got the opportunity to work," said Karen.
在孙爽的指导和引领下，卡伦得以在自己的国家深入推广中医药相关工作，致力于中医药文化的传播。至今，卡伦与孙爽之间依然保持着密切联系，她们正着手研究多个中医药课题。最近，卡伦计划来到中国，与孙爽医生进行面对面交流。
Under the guidance of Sun Shuang, Karen has been able to promote traditional Chinese medicine-related work in her own country and is committed to spreading the TCM culture. Up to now, Karen and Sun Shuang still maintain close contact, and they are working on researching multiple TCM topics. Recently, Karen plans to come to China and have face-to-face communication with Dr. Sun Shuang.
