On the afternoon of November 2nd, the China-France Gastronomic Week(Semaine gastronomique franco-chinoise) officially kicked off at Huogongdian in Changsha. As an important part of the 7th China-France Cultural Forum(7e Forum culturel franco-chinois), the venue featured authentic Changsha snacks, French cuisine and creative fusion dishes, as well as ICH performances including Changsha Tanci (ballad singing), Hunan Opera, Huagu Opera and shadow puppetry.

11月2日下午,中法美食体验周在长沙火宫殿正式启动,作为第七届中法文化论坛的重要组成部分,现场不仅准备了地道的长沙小吃、法式美馔与创意融合菜,还能欣赏长沙弹词、湘剧、花鼓戏、皮影戏等非遗演出。

The "Stinky Tofu Foie Gras Burger" launched on-site became a hit. The crispness of Changsha stinky tofu and the creaminess of French foie gras intertwined on the taste buds, attracting numerous citizens to try it.

现场推出的“臭豆腐鹅肝汉堡”成为热门,长沙臭豆腐的酥脆与法式鹅肝的绵密在舌尖交织,吸引众多市民打卡。

During the 7th China-France Cultural Forum held in Changsha from November 2nd to 4th, three key segments—the China-France Gastronomic Week, the Hunan Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Exhibition, and ICH Experience Activities—jointly and innovatively connected Chinese and French cultural elements. They fully showcased the unique charm of Changsha's culture and presented a cross-border dialogue between civilizations.

11月2日-4日第七届中法文化论坛在长沙举办期间,中法美食体验周与湖湘非遗展、非遗体验三大板块,共同创新串联中法文化元素,全方位展现长沙文化的独特魅力,呈现一场跨越国界的文明对话。
